Parking and directions:
The Fitness First carpark is on the top level of Castle Towers Shopping Centre. Enter off Old Castle Hill Road (one way) and follow the signs to Fitness First. Parking is free all day.
From East along Old Northern Road: Turn left into Terminus Street then right up Crane Road and veer right at the lights into Old Castle Hill Road.
From West along Old Northern Road: Go straight ahead into Old Castle Hill Road.
Nearest public transport is via the bus stops directly outside the shopping centre on Old Castle Hill Road.

Crèche

All our physio clinics have onsite Fitness First crèches. To put your child in the crèche whilst you are at your appointment with your Therapist, you must book in advance by calling the Fitness First club crèche.
