Parking and directions:
Fitness First is located North of Warringah Mall and South of Dee Why shops, next to Officeworks on the corner of Pittwater Road and Harbord Road.
The clinic is on Level 2 of Fitness First above the club café. Free underground onsite parking (underneath club) for 1, 2 or 3 hours plus free onsite parking outside the club for 1 hour. Free parking to the side of the club is limited to 2 hours.
From North: Turn right into Harboard Road then first left into the carpark.
From South: Turn left into Harboard Road then first left into the carpark.
From West: Take Warringah Road to Pittwater Road and cross over into Harbord Road.
Nearest public transport is via the bus stops at the intersection on either side of Pittwater Road.

Crèche

All our physio clinics have onsite Fitness First crèches. To put your child in the crèche whilst you are at your appointment with your Therapist, you must book in advance by calling the Fitness First club crèche.
